Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the ADD Plaster website, enquiry and customer portal. A separate written quote, scope, work order or contract may contain additional terms for a particular job. If there is an inconsistency, the job-specific written terms apply to that job to the extent permitted by law.

Enquiries and portal use

Submitting an enquiry requests information or a quote. It does not require either party to proceed and does not create a confirmed booking. You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and have permission to provide any address, plans, photographs or personal information you upload.

Secure portal links are intended for the recipient only. Do not forward them to an unauthorised person. Tell us promptly if you believe a link or job information has been accessed improperly.

Quotes and scope

A price becomes binding only when ADD Plaster issues a written quote and it is accepted in the stated manner and within its validity period. Unless the quote says otherwise, pricing is based on the information and access conditions known when it was prepared. Variations, concealed conditions, inaccurate measurements, unavailable access, hazardous materials or work outside the agreed scope may change the price and timing, subject to applicable law and agreement.

Dates and access

Requested dates are preferences until we confirm them. Timing may change because of weather, site readiness, preceding trades, material availability, safety, illness or circumstances outside reasonable control. The customer must provide safe and reasonable access, disclose known hazards and ensure the work area is ready as agreed.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to request work at the property, identifying relevant services and hazards, obtaining approvals that the agreed quote assigns to you, and protecting or removing belongings where requested. Builders and principal contractors remain responsible for their duties under applicable work health and safety and building requirements.

Payments and third-party services

Payment amounts, stages and due dates are stated in the applicable quote or invoice. Xero may be used to prepare and manage accounting documents and payment status. Google Calendar may be used for scheduling. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Website information

Website material is general information and may change. Photos are examples and do not promise an identical result because sites, substrates, lighting and existing conditions differ. You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material or interfere with the service.

Intellectual property

ADD Plaster owns or is licensed to use the website design, branding, text and original media. You retain rights in material you supply and give us permission to use it as reasonably required to assess, quote, perform and document the job. We will not publish a customer’s project photos for marketing without appropriate permission.

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Changes and availability

We may update the website, portal and these terms. We may suspend portal access for maintenance, security or misuse. Existing accepted quotes remain governed by the version and job terms applicable when accepted unless the parties agree otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applying where the services are performed. The parties submit to courts and tribunals with jurisdiction there.
